Initial consultation: Send us your plans or ideas. We review your design, timeline and goals, then provide a clear preliminary budget.
Specification and costing: Once we understand your finishes and inclusions, we prepare a detailed proposal that outlines costs, structure and the path forward.
Contract and approvals: We coordinate with your architect, engineer and certifier. If you don’t have an architect or consultants yet, we can arrange the full team for you. All documentation, insurance and compliance requirements are managed for you.
Construction: Your project is built by a team of licensed builders who follow a structured program and maintain a consistent quality standard across every trade.
Completion and handover: We walk you through your finished home and provide a digital handover pack with all warranties, finishes and maintenance information.
