Childcare Development – DA Modified - Construction Commencing 2025
Overview
This multi-lot development in Baulkham Hills was originally approved for a 108-place childcare centre. Falconbridge identified the opportunity to increase capacity without major redesign, lodging a Section 4.55 modification to amend the DA. Approval was successfully granted for 120 places using largely the same layout and envelope.
This modification added significant value to the site and further enhanced the long-term income potential of the completed asset. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025.
