Overview
This project involved securing DA approval for a 120-place childcare centre on a complex R4-zoned site. The project presented several planning challenges, including a deemed refusal from council — but Falconbridge led the response through the Land and Environment Court and successfully obtained approval.
This outcome unlocks significant long-term value on a site where most developers would have walked away. Construction is set to commence in 2025.
