Dual Occupancy Project
Overview
This project began as an off-market acquisition in a quiet cul-de-sac. Due to the site's narrow frontage, the general view was that a duplex wouldn’t be feasible — but Falconbridge approached it differently.
We saw the potential, secured the site, and designed a smart layout that overcame the planning limitations without compromise to design or scale. The result: two substantial six-bedroom residences that maximise the block and outperform expectations.
