Overview
This development was delivered on a uniquely shaped site with a wide frontage but shallow depth — a configuration that made typical duplex planning difficult. The site was also flood-affected, requiring a carefully considered design response and close coordination with council planners.

Falconbridge led the development and construction process end to end, adapting the design to meet both regulatory requirements and practical needs, while maximising useable space on a constrained block.
