This dual occupancy project was delivered on a difficult cul-de-sac site with limited frontage and tight access — a block many believed was not suitable for duplex development. Through creative design and careful planning, Falconbridge successfully unlocked the site's potential.

Each home features a 5-bedroom layout with modern finishes, open-plan living, and seamless indoor–outdoor connection. Despite the block constraints, both dwellings feel spacious, private, and functional — a testament to smart design and efficient execution.
