Dual Occupancy Project

Overview
This project was delivered on a steeply sloping block, falling significantly from rear to front. Falconbridge managed the challenge by designing a major excavation and basement structure that not only addressed the slope but created additional usable space, including secure double garages and storage.

The rear boundary adjoined active rail infrastructure, requiring extensive coordination with council and transport authorities to meet strict compliance and safety requirements. Despite these constraints, the project was completed to a high standard with strong design outcomes.
